Robert Moussa

Bio
After more than 30 years in the healthcare field, Bob Moussa has a long and successful record in the medical device industry. He has held a number of senior positions at both Sherwood Medical Industries and Mallinckrodt Medical. Moussa has extensive experience launching new products in the diagnostic, nuclear medicine and medical device markets.

Based upon existing clinical results, Moussa believes that Dilon will become the standard of care as an adjunct diagnostic tool in the diagnosis of early stage breast cancer. He feels this advanced technology is a major weapon in the battle against cancer and plans to make Dilon the standard of care in the diagnostic field.

Moussa received his baccalaureate from the Collège du Sacre-Coeur, Quebec, and bachelor’s of science in business administration from London University, England. He has also completed executive seminars at the University of California at Berkeley, the Aspen Institute, the Wharton Executive School and the Center for Creative Leadership.

Dr. Rachel Brem

Bio
Dr. Rachel Brem is the director of breast imaging and intervention at The George Washington University Medical Center and vice chair of the department of radiology. She completed both her diagnostic radiology residency and breast imaging fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions where she became faculty and took on the role of the director of breast imaging. Dr. Brem has extensively published on topics related to breast cancer and particularly new technologies for the earlier diagnosis of breast cancer.

Mark H. Ravich

Bio
Mark H. Ravich graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BSE and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He began his career as an Account Officer in the National Banking Group at Citibank, NYC, NY from 1975 to 1978, and has been a Real Estate developer and venture capital investor since 1978. Ravich was the CEO and board member of Universal International Inc., a NASDAQ company in the wholesale/retail closeout trade from 1991 to 1997, and during that time he managed the company’s IPO and two secondary offerings. Ravich was a Board observer for an investor group of SterilMed Inc., a business engaged in the reprocessing of single use medical devices from 2002 through its successful sale in 2010.  Since 2005 Ravich has served as a Board member for MR Instruments Inc., a company engaged in the development of MRI Coils.

Michael Taglich

Bio
Michael Taglich is the president and founder of Taglich Brothers Inc., a New York based investment banking and brokerage firm he founded in 1992, with his younger brother Robert. Taglich started his career on Wall Street at Laidlaw and Adams and Peck at the age of 19 while attending NYU on a scholarship (B.S. Business, 1987).  Previous to founding Taglich Brothers Inc., he was a vice president at Weatherly Securities Inc. for five years, where he wrote research, and invested in small private and public companies.
