What to Expect

Breast-Specific Gamma Imaging (BSGI) with the Dilon 6800® Gamma Camera takes about 45 minutes to an hour to perform. Because there is minimal compression of the breast and patients are seated throughout the entire procedure, it is much more comfortable than a mammogram.

The Dilon 6800 is used right in your doctor's breast-imaging center so you may be able to receive same-day evaluation at the point of care. Most of all, you will get peace of mind by receiving the information you need quickly.
