Dilon's Management Team
After more than 30 years in the healthcare field, Bob Moussa has a long and successful record in the medical device industry. He has held a number of senior positions at both Sherwood Medical Industries and Mallinckrodt Medical. Moussa has extensive experience launching new products in the diagnostic, nuclear medicine and medical device markets.
Based upon existing clinical results, Moussa believes that Dilon will become the standard of care as an adjunct diagnostic tool in the diagnosis of early stage breast cancer. He feels this advanced technology is a major weapon in the battle against cancer and plans to make Dilon the standard of care in the diagnostic field. Moussa received his baccalaureate from the Collège du Sacre-Coeur, and a Higher National Diploma from the University of London in England. He has also completed executive seminars at the University of California at Berkeley, the Aspen Institute, the Wharton Executive School and the Center for Creative Leadership.
Douglas Kieper is a medical imaging scientist and nuclear medicine technologist with more than 15 years of experience in the medical industry. His professional and academic experiences have provided him with an excellent background in medical physics with a concentration in nuclear medicine.
Vijay Singh has more than 25 years of experience in the establishment of manufacturing facilities for medical equipment, sensors, industrial computers and communication devices. He has established several manufacturing facilities in Europe and Asia.
Prior to Dilon, Singh was the director of manufacturing operations for Honeywell where he established Honeywell’s German, Chinese and Indian manufacturing operations. Singh also worked as director of international operations for British company Lucas Inc. to lead consolidation efforts of its 14 facilities worldwide. Lucas was later purchased by TRW, where Singh established manufacturing facilities for its MMI & Sensors divisions in China. He later became director of international sales for the sensors division of Measurement Specialties Inc. Singh joined Dilon in 2002 and since has lead manufacturing operations. Singh earned his bachelor’s of science in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University in India. He is a member of Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) and serves as a member of VA Governor’s VITAL (Virginia Trade Alliance), an advisory group for developing international business.
Michael W. Tiller joined Dilon in August 2008 as Corporate Controller and brings more than 21 years of accounting and financial management experience to the finance function.
Prior to joining Dilon, Tiller held leadership positions in finance for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., the world’s largest distributor of plumbing products, managing the capital planning and rebate accounting functions. Prior to Ferguson, Tiller was the Tax Director and then Assistant Treasurer for Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., responsible for the tax function as well as cash and debt management, investment strategy and banking relationships. Previous to his Dollar Tree tenure, he held positions in the tax department of Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Co. and the Norfolk office of the international accounting firm KPMG LLP. Tiller is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Treasury Professional. He received his bachelor’s of science in commerce with a concentration in accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 1987.
Joanne Hutchinson is Dilon’s Director of Reimbursement, and has been in Payer Relations/ Reimbursement in the medical device industry for more than 28 years. Her focus has been on medical policy, stakeholder development, strategic consulting and managed care contracting.
Hutchinson’s core strength is in developing payer strategies for innovative technologies for gaining positive coverage determinations from national and large regional payers. In some of her most recent work with CardioNet, Hutchinson secured national agreements that significantly contributed to the company’s profitability; and at the Smart Pill Corporation, she guided the payer and education initiatives that led to favorable national policy coverage. Hutchinson is passionate about working with health care companies that positively impact patient care; and she brings a personal interest to Dilon as a breast cancer survivor. Hutchinson was educated as a Laboratory Technologist/ Medical Assistant at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, Fla., and has directed her professional path toward results-oriented payer relations. |
